About Carnegie Mellon Rugby

The Carnegie Mellon Rugby Football Club is a collegiate rugby team at Carnegie Mellon University. Resurrected in 2003, the CMURFC competes in the Allegheny Rugby Union (ARU).

The team was founded by coaching and limited resources provided by the Pittsburgh Harlequins . In 2004, Carnegie Mellon University officially recognized the club team administratively.

In 2008, the team became full competing members of the Allegheny Rugby Union.
